1. Working together over Zoom. Last night I attended a writing rave hosted by brilliantly awesome Allison Evelyn, and even though I'm always that oddball outsider working quietly in the corner, or blurting weirdly when I try to be in the conversation, working in a social context was great. I loved it. So much I'm thinking about hosting a DIY design pajama party version.
2. Working together, period. We all have such different strengths. It's nice not to have to be good at everything.
3. Making it fun and light wherever possible.
