3 good things, overwhelm edition

February 16, 2021

1. Clutter - mental clutter, too. At some point it piles up enough, and you feel buried enough, that you finally get fed up enough to make a change. And by the time you're that pissed off about it, there are a lot fewer things that feel important enough to hold on to. This is a beautiful moment of clarity.

2. What's important. Easy to lose sight of when you're buried in clutter. But it's still in there. It's especially nice when you've written things down somewhere so you have something you can refer back to and lean on instead of having to make the same decisions over and over.

3. Trusting yourself. What matters to you isn't right or wrong. Other people are welcome to have opinions about it, but they don't get a say unless you want them to.
